The staff was hospitable and took good care of us...the hotel itself was neat and pretty...shout out to juman and Farooq the manager, they were very helpful and the service they provided was impressive...the location compared to the holy mosque was good and shuttle was provided every now and then which we appreciated.

One of the best hotels in Madinah. Pocket friendly and comfortable as well. I suggest all my friends and family members as well as the who are reading this comment to give this hotel a must try.
